It is not a documentary about "prostitution" in Cuba per se, as in the guy pays money in exchange for sex , it is more about Andrew trying to pick up girls in Cuba. The author, Andrew Lindy, is obsessed with beauty. A New York based fashion and travel photographer Andrew longs as much for connection as he does for beauty. Being a travel photographer and having written travel articles for ELLE magazine, Andrew feels at home anywhere in the world This is a look at the lack of sexual taboo in Cuba, as well as the financial difficulties that lead to prostitution in some Cubans, for the purpose of survival. This should not be on a website entitled as it is. Or, if this is indeed a top documentary film, what isn't must be very bad! The director: narcissistic, self-obsessed, insensitive, insecure, uneducated throwing word capitalism as if he had any clue what it means , a definite chauvinist.

Antonio and I have had a row. He has pronounced, by my count, nine Spanish expletives, most of them related to my mother's anatomy; has put his fist through the wall, just below the recently dusted picture of Milagros and her daughter; and has called me, in English, "a horse," by which, of course, he meant "a whore. Worse, even my frijoles negros dormidos are inedible, owing to the unorthodoxy of my having added the tiniest seeds of a priapic red pepper to them late in their long slumber. He spat them out on to the recently mopped floor. From there the fight escalated to previously archived disputes of arguably more substance, all masking the real issues that neither of us dared articulate for their apparent insolubility. I called him a "boy" and he stormed out, advising me that he was on his way to see "a real woman," by which I gathered he meant his mother or one of the many girlfriends he denies having in more dulcet dialogues. He is telling me how "moosh" he likes my year-old ass, and I am beginning to wonder if I am one. With Antonio, I often feel as if I'm getting punched in the face, but while it hurts it also makes me laugh.

Crime and Punishment Unless you enjoy eating cucarachas and tasteless rice everyday, don't be stupid when traveling to or while in Cuba. The last place you want to find yourself is in Cuba's prison. There are no health clubs, TVs, movies, exercise time or "prisoners rights" in here. You will do hard labor, in shit conditions and you will do ALL of your sentence. Drugs Still relatively unheard of, they are slowly creeping into Cuban society more and more each day. It seems Cuba's geographical location lends itself as a suburb smuggling point.
